You “butter” not miss this annual State Fair Tradition! The rich Michigan Butter Cow tradition dates back decades and is a wonderful mix of art, agriculture, and butter. . . lots and lots of butter.  Sponsored by the C.F. Burger Creamery, sculptor Rachel transforms hundreds of pounds of butter into a beautiful work of art.  Each year the breed of the Mother and her calf change as an homage to the various dairy breeds that supply the milk that is transformed into butter, and then into the annual butter cow. This is a “dairy” cool exhibit that the whole family will enjoy.
